some general updates...

like to share with our residents on these news...

1) Sunday nite one bicycle stolen from blk k, then Deva the MC member checked CCTV & managed to found out who's the culprit, then thru the help of a tenant from blk j who hv good contact with police dept, catch the fella & called in police, now the bicycle is back & we let the policeman to deal with the thieve.

2) hv arranged with vendor to install the T&G system for motorcycle, should be able to launch before month end, or by latest 1st half of January 2012, motorcyclist will scan their card with different scanner near the car scanner, but will share the same barrier with cars, we foresee this may slow down the traffic during peak hour, so we will like to appeal to our residents for more patient, as this arrangement hopefully will force defaulters to pay & tighten up the security.

3) after all the negotiation, meeting, phone calls, visiting gov't offices, lawyer...etc, lastly developer give us some positive commitment, they promised to give us the first payment cheque of sinking fund by next week, RM50K, the balance will pay after that, we hope they will honour their promise, also at the same time we continue to negotiate with them to pay as much (& also as soon) as possible the balance.

4) Tanni the supervisor has resigned, now the new supervisor just a temporary replacement, we would like to get help from our residents to recommend candidate from our own Vista Condo ppl to do this job, should be guy, ok with retiree but age should below 60, if anyone interested pls send application to our email which can be found at the right corner of this page.

5) Thank God as our financial has improved, so now we have hired the 2nd guard for the night shift, which mean from 8pm to 8am we should hv 2 guards serving us, we hv told them 1 should guard the main entrance, another 1 should do the patrolling periodically at the ground floor, hope this will further tighten up the system here.

6) We hv arranged with contractor to paint the faded parking lot line, as he has started but this may take awhile to complete all due to the weather condition, as as per today he has done abt 30% of the job.

another thing which encouraged us so much is we have seen some residents took the initiative to beautify the common area, like painting the lift lobby at their floor, one blk j resident (from 1st floor) even painted the ground floor lift lobby & the grill at the air well, also another residents contributed 2 fire extinguisher few months ago, which now hanging at the ground floor lift lobby at blk j & k, want to take this opportunity to thank them again.

Hi MC,

Thanks for update us the latest new.
On my view point:

1)On that day when i come back home very late, i saw a group of young malays sitting there & making noise. after that they going around on blk k but i wouldn't know. please guy's next time don't allow this kind of peoples in our place. Spoiling our vista image but few times i saw this group swim at our place too. More careful.

2) Motorbike touch n go system it's really workable. Most of the hardcore people will pay, but please don't give them too many grace period stick to the plan. Please lah residents work with our MC members and safe this place with tight security. REAL CONDO.

3) 50K!!!!!!! THANKS a lot Mr. Cheng & Team. At least something they try to paid us. Please once get some money try to paint our building as much as you can guys. Thanks for your hard work guys.

4) Why not you all change the company, whether they can do something for our place? I can see most of the supervisor already resign, it's the company problem?

5) Night guard 2 around but how come the bicycle is missing? Very strange. Think carefully before go to next step.

6)Ya. he is our own residents and our contractor too. from blk j.

MC the Christmas decoration is very beautiful and nice, i can see the unity, peace & joy....

malay guys!!!!!! bad sign....im not racial...but if u not start to controlling them..it cld cost us a lot...trust me...thing may need to cut from beginning...also im still seeing some motorbikes ( damage,unused) pls try to clear this from area..as we facing space problem.....we need to set T&G for swimming pool entrance as well....nothing can help us..only T&G ..pls try to fix it....

hi,

thanks for all the observations & suggestion,

1) few groups of young fellas like to hang around at ground floor at late hour, hv oredi to ask guards to keep the eyes on them, can trust night guard Adam to do it well.

2) bicycle stolen case, according to Adam, while the bicycle was taken out from our compound, he was out buying things & the new guard was at the guard post, lack experience....sigh!

3) motorbike t&g card will be able to make sure defaulters to pay, we won't give chance coz it's not fair for other good paymaster, also last time we only issue bike sticker, harder to control coz it's only issued once a year.

4) management company..., they do send good staffs too (like Wan), but hard to keep them coz naturally they will demand higher salary, which the company can't afford to pay unless we increase the fee, so now we r looking around to hire the semi retiree.

5) we r still praying hard that developer will release the 50K cheq this week, or more...., we hv also made it clear to them that we can't wait further, if necessary we will take legal action to get the RM400K.

6) yes he is from blk j, to hv him as contractor got a lot of advantages, reasonable price, long payment term, can get him even at night if emergency, also some time can do free repair for us for minor one.

7) we still thinking of handle pool entry matter, will keep t&g as option too.

hi,

1) thanks, few deco items are actually contributed by residents, they passed to cleaners few days ago, we also like to thank cleaners & office staff to take initiative to put it up, it truly encourage our heart when we see vendors r happy working here too.

2) 50K, hopefully we can see the cheq soon..., & prayerfully 400K also on the way :)

MONKEY,MONKEY ,MONKEY?????IS IT TRUE MONKEY DOING THE DIRTY JOBS??
NUMBER PLATE MISSING....TYRE DAMAGE ..REAR MIRROR MISSING...I DONT THINK ITS MONKEY BISNESS....PLS DO SOMETHING OR ELSE I HAVE TO GO FOR MY OWN ACTION!!!!!!

since last saturday we have turned the cctv camera to the area which sabotages were reported, do let us know what day (will be best if can tell roughly the time) ur vehicle damaged so we can check accordingly.

hi,

abt the sabotage, it can be monkey & human (one resident said these kind of ppl should called human-monkey), we have seen some cases, where the number plate really destroyed by monkey, include my car too, few week ago, the same day we hv appreciation party for YB, it happen in the morning few monkeys did it, some residents (included a committee member) saw the monkey taking number plate/mirror from few cars, bite & break the plate/mirror.

but also other incidents when no eye witnesses, but the way the plate/mirror were destroyed need a bit of intelligent, & we also felt that animal like monkey can't do it, so most likely done by human, or let's call them human-monkey :)

so hopefully by having the CCTV monitoring the area where sabotaging happened, we can track down the monkey & the human-monkey.
