our half glass of water

each time consider those things we hv done since took over in yr 2009, we indeed feel happy of the improvement we managed to bring (thru God's help, really), but we also sometimes feel frustrated & impatient on those things which we wish have completed but still pending (coz of fund & manpower factor..), we call it "half glass of water" syndrome.

let's see those areas cause this syndrome...

SC collection, it has rise from abt 60% to now abt 80%, something to cheer abt, but when we think of how to get another 20% to pay, we breath a long sigh....:(, the increase on the SC collection has enabled the office to attend to those maintenance matters more efficiently, also managed to upgrade some of the equipment & facility, but another 20% will see much more things to be upgrade, well, 2nd legal notice had been sent already, trust soon we will see the hardcore defaulters paying.

lift, managed to stabilised the condition since early this year, still remember those day almost every week we heard abt lift down either in blk j or k, some worst case is both lift at either j or k down, due to sabotage or other accidents, now it's much better, of course sometime it does happen again, but as i can remember in 2011, it happen twice, before CNY due to bomba pipe burst & also last month due to overheat problem in motor room. But then, we r now racing with time to save enough money to upgrade all the lifts coz after another 5 yrs we may hv problem sourcing for the replacement part for our 15yrs old lift, especially the control board.

water tank, hot topic now a day, again consider those days the leaking was so bad, until every month need to pay nearly RM1000 for the water, & we managed to patch a lot of holes, & water consumption go down to abt 25% of previous rate, it's really some good achievement, but soon our heart get a bit impatient when think abt after 2-3 yrs we should get those lining replaced, abt 200K in total, & half glass of water syndrome sit in again...

the same happen to swimming pool, car park,...etc...

perhaps we should take 1 step at a time, rejoicing at the achievement, planning wisely for the future upgrading project, be more positive to make vista a better place for living...

Hi JMB,
Thank you guy's for updating us. Anyway how you all going take another 20% from the residents SC, let me tell you something, after the 2nd notice still they don't want to pay, call MPPP to lock their house. As i know so FAR here all paying but some HARD CORE still never pay. Pls do FAST.....

Hi Cheng & Team,

You all done a great job during EGM, pls do the water tank leaking first. On the EGM, the cycling malay guy was talked a lot but he still parking his 2nd car near blk K. Ask him follow the house rules.

Cakap lebih tapi tak ikut house rules.

thanks for the kind encouragement.

1) concerning the suggestion abt the defaulters, this is exactly in our mind, after 2nd notice, will get the lawyer to alert MPPP abt this, practically MPPP will send notice 1st before they eventually go into the house to do the necessary if defaulter ignore the notice sent by them.

2) this monday vendor will attend to blk j tank, then follow by blk k.

3) malay guy has talked to office that he wants to rent parking lot, office will get a lot for him, only after he pay then the card will be released to him.

Do you still remember that PDL815{{K20-5}}(owner with 2 cars parked FOC inside)?The 2nd car PDL815 parked at K20-6 parking lot& owner giving excuses tat K20-6 indian guy let her parked at his lot but nowadays K20-6 already moving out,,,,furthermore K20-6 did not pay up maint fee...so...pls inform PDL815 to rent the parking lot from management..if not,get her kancil out from Vista Condo ..1 unit 1 parking lot..wat so special with her???????thxs!!!

thanks for the timely reminder, we spotted it some time ago, but then we were busy dealing with the problem of blk j truck guy & hawker guy over the similar issue until we overlooked this, now as we hv settled that, we shud act on this case.

a bit surprise to hear that k-20-6 hv moved out, any idea where r they now?

Ya guys, the PDL 815 still coming with the card, DO SOMETHING ON THE OLD MOTOR TOO, due to because of the old bikes, we don't enough space for the bikers. Get out from here or sell off.

we give the office & the guard until next week to either get k-20-5 to rent the lot or or stop parking his 2nd car there.

Interestingly the 3 old bikes also belong to him, previously when office & guard tried to advice him move the old bikes to the end of blk k near pump room, he was reacted quite badly, as those days didn't get enough back up from police, we thought of just wait 1st & check what's the legal way of moving his bikes, now we also give ourselves 1 week to settle it, hope it will be done smoothly...
