on 11/5/11, thief broke into 2 unit at at blk k, (9th flr & 13th flr), then on 13/5/11, an unit at 20th flr also suffer the same fate.
robber took some cash, didn't bring away much item, victims had lodged police report.
these all happened under broad day light, he strike during the time most of the residents are not around.
we interviewed the cleaners, they do see some suspicious person hung around, ask why didn't alert the guards, oh...., looks like our own resident. (i must say here, this still a perception, we will leave to the police to investigate)
abt a month ago, few residents from blk j also complaint some of the item in the corridor went missing, 1 police report lodged during then.
we did check cctv after received report from blk j, found a person who is not blk j resident went up to upper floors in few occasion, when he left, carried few things in his hands, for this we have informed police. (now sending the footage to them for further investigation)
now we r checking the cctv recording on the blk k cases, again, see a person (looks like the person who went to blk j) went near to the flr which robbery happen, on the day crime committed.
so now, we are compiling these information, hope it will be helpful for the police to nab the culprit.
these all we can share as police r doing the investigation, some residents keep asking us who's d 1 in the video clip, sorry we can't reveal much now...
hopefully we will have good news from police dept soon.

I have still confuse against on fews car non our compound:.....
Pls inform to cycling malay guy don't park his 2 car inside, for him there is no special privilege, everybody 1 car park and than y for him 2 car park. You all already buy a clamp pls do it.
There is 1 malay guy always coming in without card (Wira & Kancil red color).....Ask the management to clamp their car.
And few motor without sticker also coming in.....What the security is doing?

1) police came yesterday, interviewed few residents & JMB members, took statement, promised action will be taken soon.
2) clamping started yesterday too, so far clamped 3 cars, let's see how the thing goes.
3) already contacted CCTV vendor for quotation & other info concerning CCTV for every floor, once info complete will call EGM to let residents on the matter.

I'm feeling safer now. Thanks to the JMB shift action.
past few days policemen have been coming & out on the few cases, break in & vehicle parking conflicts, sorry can't reveal much as investigations r still going on, i'm writing just to inform residents that actions are taken to address those issues...
The security play an important role to prevent such incident. Too tight may make everyone hate them but that's what we need at the moment.
Anyway, I think this happen everywhere. Awareness is needed for all the resident.

we will like to see the guard be strict, the stricter the better, as u said they will be hated, & so as JMB members.
at the moment the nite guard by the name of Adam doing quite well, but we r still nagging at the guard company to send the quality guard for the day duty, coz we feel the day guy is a bit "ching-chai", not strict enough..
