yesterday morning the guard pass me a police report, his supervisor just lodged a police report a night before, concerning an incident happened last week.
to get police involve in our matter is really the last resort, if have choice we would not like to advice the security to do it, but also many occasion we still need to ask them to go ahead.
so far the cases involved police's help, lift part stolen & sabotage, ppl making excessive noise past 12 midnight, blk k student playing fire cracker at 1am, youngster taking ganja at staircase area, robbery cases...
(most of these happened in 2010, this year much more peaceful!)
recent one is abt car park/T&G barrier...., where ppl w/o valid card insist want to come in, & the person already has one car at his lot, but wanted to send in another car, guard hv no choice but to stop him at the entrance, then situation turned ugly, due to the seriousness of the matter, police report lodged by his supervisor.
not sure what's the police dept going to do with this case, from the report passed to me, if they really want to take action, can be quite serious one...
sigh....., like to give some little advice to our ppl, pls do not challenge the guard's authority, they receive salary to do their job, they are not perfect, sometime make mistake too, hearing from them their biggest problem working here is small group of residents like to violate the rules, once guards try to stop them, they put up the strong front...but thank God, just a small group of them.
like appeal to them, pls pity the guards...

I saw the guard holding vehicle clamp, anyway it's good idea to clamp the car. Inform to security to do the job not just holding the clamp and sitting there.
Some time i saw the indian guard just let the vehicle with out card and they simply park peoples car park. when i ask he said DON"T KNOW.......pls takecare.

Saya dah beli rumah kat sini dalam 6 bulan tapi semua O.K tapi guard sahaja kena upgrade kut sebab i tengok untuk seorang malayu pakai kereta wira dan kancil merah tak pakai kad tapi guard buka untok dia.Pasal apa???????? dia tak da kad ke?....dia tu siapa? undung - undung untok semua sahaja bukan untok dia special.....Kalau dia buat kecoh panggil polislah....jangan takut.....guard panggil supervisor atau polis....

When i come back from work, i saw a notice about the car clamp. That is wonderful and great job because i saw a white color lorry at the back of blk J near hindu temple need to clamp because it's very hard for me to make turn over there. I know that lorry belong to a chinese guy....I pay service charge and he also pay service charge but why he do like that? Pls inform him if not ???????

abt the lorry & malay guy, action is on the way, our notice for the clamp is to give them sufficient time least they say no warning given, this is also to protect us at the legal side, we consulted our lawyer, one week notice pasted at notice board is good enough for this matter.
this also give them one more week to rent car park from management, hope they will do so.

Painting the whole building may not be possible immediately. However, maybe we can start to paint some area at the main entrance to give people a good impression. The main entrance with the big triangle roof will look much better with new painting. Hope to see that happen soon.
