yesterday the water tank vendor passed to the office a big cheque, amount RM60k, out of that, RM45k is for the existing water tank trade in, and RM15k an interest free loan for the same project :)
we asked the office to delay no more but bank in the cheque immediately, which they did. we expect the floating days of 2 to 3 days then the money should be made available for us on next Wednesday, then we should quickly issue the banker's cheque amounting to RM81k as our portion of 20% to the state gov't so that they will issue the work order to the water tank to start the project, we hope all these can be done next week, or if not then completed the following week.
honestly we have a very mixed feeling now, at one hand we are excited abt Vista Condo going to have the new water tanks, but at the same time also worry if there's any hiccup during the installation process, which is really beyond our control, so we only can keep reminding the vendor to carry out the project properly & consider all the possible situation, and come out with the contingency plans shall something happen.
vendor's estimation is this project will take abt 3 months if everything goes smoothly, the main factor will be the weather, but as long as the rain is not too heavy then the workers can still do the jobs, so we hope that rain does come to chase away the haze but not too heavy until the water tanks can't be installed :):):)
hope for the best, prepare for the worst, we pray & hope that this project will be completed smoothly so that our residents will enjoy much better water quality soon!

Another thing Mr.Cheng, this malay fellow was staying in my floor K-7-? but he have 2 car ( pesona BKG and kia sportage black green AD?) but he is renting out the unit or room not sure but he has 2 car. Very frequently he park the car near swimmingpool another car he parked on his own lot. How come the car can come in on the same time by husband and wife. I want to rent parking lot but management staff said not available?????? How true? How many months I was chasing for the parking lot but not even given 1. I'm not too (kepoh) with other people things but he mis use the parking lot.
Mr cheng please clarify.
He is very close with management staff uncle topi. Can you check for me whether he renting out the parking lot.

Mr.Cheng sorry to disturb you again. I know you're doing good job vista condo. Well, the malay guy still happily coming in but I have very strong feeling, he is not paying any rental parking lot because I ask the staff to show the prove but they ignore or most probably paying any under table money to cover up for him.
Not sure Mr.Cheng prediction. But no harm to try.
As I know few residents told me about this malay guy. Until now I never get rental parking lot :)

1) blk j 9th flr rubbish, pls let us know how's the situation now because we have told the office to look into this.
2) rental lot, we are investigating the case now, will show the staff the exit if found any hanky panky on this.
