general updates as at 12/9/15

hi,

few matters to update our beloved residents,

1) water tank, we have passed our 20% (or RM81,000) for the water tank project to state treasury dept, out of this 81K, 45K is the existing water tank trade price, 15K is interest free loan from the vendor, & another 21K from our management account. we expect the state planning dept will issue the work order in one week's time and thereafter the vendor will start the project. estimation of completion is 3 to 6 month depending the condition of the weather.

2) cleaners, the previous cleaning company have resigned from doing the service in our place due to the fine of the mosquitoes larvae issue, the new company have started their service early September, their job scope is at the same as the previous one, at the moment we are monitoring their job quality, residents do help to feedback us your observation.

3) gutter clips, the vendor has finally completed the project of fixing the new clips on those gutters which needed the new clips, we want to thank our residents especially those who willing to give access
to the vendor for fixing the clips, but as we have asked the office staff to monitor all the gutters in Vista Condo, we also encourage our residents to report to the office as soon as possible if detect any problem concerning the drain pipe gutters.

4) AGM, now we are planning to call an AGM as soon as the audit report is completed, should be somewhere October or November, will keep residents updated concerning this.

we would like to feedback regarding rubbish at blk J 9th floor. we had informed the managment offie expecially the supervisor regarding this for 8 times. no action taken till today. kindly assist.

Finally, we got our water tank project going on. A big thank you to the MC team & management for the hard work!

I remember we have a few improvement plan been set during the previous year but not yet achieve. 2 of them are the painting of the building and lift upgrade. I think we need a plan to accomplish the goal or else it will remain a dream. But look at the lift upgraded at block K & the water tank which telling us we can do it!

As such, I would suggest the goals above to be discussed in the AGM with proposal/plan presented to all. With a clear picture I m sure we will get the support from the resident. I really hope to see Vista condo in new painting soon and I believe every resident wish to see that too.

hi,

just spoken to the supervisor 5 min ago, he is going to the 9th flr now, do check the condition if you are around.

abt the building repainting & blk j lift upgrade, this got to wait until water tank project completed then only can submit the new application, but what we can do now is to find way to collect some money (new sinking fund perhaps) so that when state gov't approve our new application then we are ready to pay the 20%.

Yup, set a plan to get ready for the 20% is what I m talking about. I think the best time to get the understanding & consent from the resident is during the AGM. I ready to render my full support to the proposal from the MC team.

What is outcome for rental parking lot and the malay guy driving Kia & Pesona? I personally check in the list management office, kepoh a bit while I am paying my maintenance fee I notice there is NO his unit stated on the list. Pesona BKG & Kia ADT.

We also having same problem. been trying to rent parking lot but till today same answer. Still don't have. Asked us to write our address on the board but each time when to check, it was erased...

hi,

concerning the renting of the car park lot, we are investigating now & promise some head will roll if we conclude that they are doing the hanky panky stuffs, meanwhile if you don't mind can you email me your unit numbers so that we have more evident to question them.

will also talk to the residents during the AGM abt plans to get ready for the 20% for the future project.
