completion of bomba pipe project

our pleasure to announce that the bomba pipe (at the foyer area) replacement has completed smoothly :)

the vendor has set the bomba pump (jockey pump) to the auto mode, and now we are still monitoring & hope that the hose reel & valve in the riser room of every floor can continue to hold the pressure, pray....

this is the first time for many many years that we are able to set the bomba pump to the auto mode, as mentioned in the posting earlier, one of the reason we can't set it to auto mode was the leaking problem, so now we are happy to see this problem has been rectified and hose reels of every floor are ready to fight the fire in case it happens.

well, talk abt fire, just a reminder for our residents that, you should see at your floor, in the lift lobby, there are few riser room, 2 particularly important one is TNB riser room & Bomba riser room, pls make sure that you know which one is a bomba riser room, and in case of fire you (assuming you have some knowledge in firefighting) will need to break the padlock and pull the hose reel out to put off the fire.

lastly, pls help us to monitor the bomba riser room, if you see water leaks out from the bomba riser room, pls do immediately call management office 0195730637 or guard on duty 0174290637, so that we should immediately check if anything burst inside.

thanks.

Hi Management,

Great that Bomba pipe project has completed.
Talking about bomba, I would like to highlight a fresh fire case happened 8.08pm today.
Garbage room at Blok K Level 11 was on fire & I was lucky to detect it ( smoke filled up my unit) & put out fire.

The garbage was found with beer can & I suspect cigar butts was the source of the fire.
Pls have some measures to avoid same case happening ( at least warn the level resident with the case & take care their cigar butts)

HI Management,

Thanks for work well done. It is great news that Vista Condo able to get new/repair done as most of the facilities is already nearing its life span.
As for the riser rooms, saw that some residents has placed old furniture blocking the doors. In case of emergency, this could lead to unimaginable damages. Would appreciate that management could do a floor to floow walk to check. By putting up notices could also remind residence to be more responsible on their action.
Again, we are all out supporting you and your team in making Vista Condo a better place to stay.

Hi MC,

Would like to check the status of the Block K Level 9 corridor lighting (down since last Saturday - 27/Jun/15) and side staircase lighting (down 1 months plus). The issue still remain unsolved as of today. It is really dark because the side staircase lighting are also faulty and create inconvenient and insecure for us to access to our home at night.

Understand from management office that the electrician available only on every Saturday? Can you ask the electrician to put priority to rectify this problem as soon as possible instead of wait until this coming Saturday?

Thanks and good job on the bomba piping.

hi,

thanks for all the feedback, opinion & words of affirmation,

1) will bring to MC meeting to discuss & decide what to do with the barang-barang which have blocked the riser room, and ways to prevent the similar things as reported at blk k 11th floor from happening again.

2) understand that the electrician was there in Vista Condo this morning to settle some electrical issues, include blk k 9th floor corridor light problem, pls write to us again if tonight the corridor light is not back yet.

thanks & regards.
