few matters like to bring to residents' attention...
1) swimming pool water has been cleaned, but after 1 week's chemical cleaning, we need to send the water sample for lab testing to make sure the pH is safe, so now waiting for the report from the lab, it may take few more days, so residents pls be patient.
2) we have arranged for the trees next to the rental parking to be trimmed, this is to prevent the possibly damage to the cars which have been parked there, it cost us abt RM1800, but we see this as part of investment, as we have collected abt RM2000 per month for the rental, and starting this year, this money will be kept under "vista new fund" account for the purposes of lift upgrade, water tank lining replacement & painting the common wall.
3) after those big expenses toward the end of yr2012, namely TNB deposit, blk k water pump, bomba facility, etc, our management fund ran a bit dry, but thank God, this month we saw some good collections & not much major expenses, as the result, the figure looks much better now, as we always like to keep at least 10K in the bank for the real emergency situation.
4) from now on, the office & guard house will be using different telephone line, we encourage residents to communicate with them as soon as notice something funny, especially now as crime rate is getting higher, everyday can read from paper abt robbery, snatch theft, etc, happened so often, scary....., trust that everyone have heard abt the missing & murdered child William Yau Zhen Zhong, sad news....., oh ya, the phone number for office is 019-5730637 & guard house is 017-4290637.
5) abt the T&G cards registration, the office will extend the working until 8pm on the coming Tuesday & Wednesday to make it easier for residents to get it done, but if you really can't make it, pls do call them at the number mentioned above to register your card.

There are a few issues happened lately in Vista but I think this could else where when we are in a big community.
I see there are many good things in Vista Condo and making Vista Condo a real condo is not merely a dream. Our condo have:
1. Quite environment
2. Cooling breeze from the hill
3. Nice swimming pool
4. Fantastic green lung
5. Helpful & responsive MC team
6. Touch & go
7. Low density
Our condo value can increase from RM200k to more than RM250k if we can paint the building like Villa Condo. Villa condo is not as cooling as our condo as they are block by high rise around. However, the condo is selling at RM260k in average and the main reason is the new painting.
Let's work together with our MC team toward the project like new painting and lift upgrade. We can be a real condo soon if everyone work toward the same goal.

agree with you, our place is actually full of nice stuffs, it will even more fantastic if can the buildings painted, well, we still having this tug of war with developer over the sinking, but at the same time also checking around for other financial resources.

kindly trim the tree only where necessary. Those trees are our protector act as the green lung and noise filter.

I am from Block-K 12 floor. Today, the unit next to me was visited by Ah Long (loan shark). They throw paint and spreaded praying paper around the floor. We are very worry on the security. How they could sneak in our condo. Pls take action and report to police if yuo need too. They could do something more serious next time!!!

1) abt the 12th flr, we have heard some issues concerning them few days ago, not too sure if it's related, if don't mind can you tell us roughly what time it happen? are these ppl outsiders? but anywhere we have alerted the guard on this.
2) water is actually clean but still haven't receive the lab report, hopefully early next week can confirm it & open for residents to use.

Regardig the 'Loan shark' problem. I think they come in the time between Thursday night and Friday morning.
I think the house resident has flee and it deserted. Now the paint and the praying paper make whole 12th floor very eerie. Can help to clean up?
