hi,

few things to update residents....

1) sinking fund, the dateline has passed but developer have not release the money to us yet, we have contacted our lawyer to take further action, well, developer by doing so is actually act against the court order, well, let's see how it goes.

2) facilities, most of the facilities at the moment are in the stable state, 6 water tanks have been repaired, now under monitor, once found leaking again then vendor will patch it immediately, as we shared in the EGM before, the long term solution is to change the water tank lining, for this we have written to YB Yeoh, EXCO member YB Wong & other high ranking gov't officer to help, our target is to get abt RM80k from them, we do expect they will channel some money to us as election is not too far from now.

3) building painting, besides waiting for the sinking fund to get the painting job going, we at the moment also try other ways too....we hv jz sent 2 written request to YB Yeoh & YB Wong to ask for financial help for the building wall painting, as some of u may know, state gov't do subsidized up to 80% of the painting cost for the low cost apartment, so as we are considered as medium low cost, we too ask them for the 80%, hopefully even if can't get 80% then 50% should be good also, we do carry some hope on this request due to same reason...general election is near :)

4) monkey, few residents reported to us that they saw monkey again! this time 2 small one, hang around near hindu temple, so far haven't receive report on any damage yet, if anyone see them pls alert wild life dept immediately, phone# 0124242827.

5) collection rate, after implement the motorbike T&G system, service charge collection rate went up few more %, now we are collecting 85% to 90% every month, quite good compare to those neighboring apartments, like to take this opportunity to thank all our residents for the cooperation, especially those who pay promptly.

6) also like to encourage those haven't collect their fire insurance policy to do it as soon as they can, because we need to pay the policy provider the total premium by June, so far we have abt 50% resident collected their policy, so pls help us to be good pay master to the vendor.

7) abandoned bikes, have asked supervisor to make police report on those bikes which had been abandoned by their owner & collected a lot of dirt, then we will paste the police report on the notice board, then after 2 more weeks given, will remove the bikes.

I’m newbie to vista condo. Round of applause to you all on everything you have done. I have one question. If my parking place is taken by another car.wat should I do? I already complained to security and management office. Can I put chain and lock on his car? Please advice.

hi,

u mean the parking lot is assigned to u since u moved in, but the other person insist to park there? or the person jz for convenient sake once awhile park at ur lot? we would not encourage u to chain their vehicle but if u don't mind pls email us the info, like ur lot number, unit number & the plate number of the car always used ur lot, we will see what should be done then.

You know something, pls give your full details to our MC team, they will help you.

Trust me, our MC is the best.You from which block? If you from block j, check with Mr. Cheng, if you from block k, check with Mr.Deva or Mr. Jeffery. 100% can solve the problem.

thanks for compliment, we jz try our best to help, also came across cases where can't be solved completely, coz it also depend on if party involved willing to cooperate or not. but we must say most of the people here are very understanding & have good sense of responsibility, truly our honor to serve here in Vista Condo.

I hope you already solved the parking problem because I saw in the office our MC member was discussion with the office staff & security. You see i told you, if you manage to see this people 100% solved ready.

a bit surprised to learn that it still parks there as i was told that it's solved already, will attend to it personally tomorrow, will check w committee, supervisor & guard, if needed will talk to the owner too.

apparently earlier on guard & office staff had talked to her concerning this but somehow she did it again last night, well they manage to remind her today, she promised not to do it again but we will monitor, if is needed will clamp the tyre then.

I would like to let u know abt ur Mgt office working like "SAI" no responsibility & no systems...
1) Abt cat's matter, complain sooooo many times ask mgt off pls help me to catch away three nos of baby cats from my area cos got some kids like to feed them, mgt office cant solve for me and at the end i hv to solve by my self, terrible...
2) Why mgt off staff always like talk their language with college in front of us when we make complain to office, we cant understand what they talking abt, rite..?
3) Like today i so angry abt this matter, got one unit build awning beside my car park, when i coming back the lorry block my place i cant park my car & ask contractor why din inform me before tat, contractor answer me aldy inform off to call me but i dint rcd any call. ok nvm i call off after this cos want get the owner hp no, u know how ur off staff answer me or not so funny one.... i told them my unit is (example) K-0-A, can i know wat is the unit no beside my car park, ur staff answer me like tat either is K-0-B or K-0-C lor. Haha u know our parking is not follow unit by unit correct or not, i remember is not same floor with me but ur staff check oso dint check then give me like "SAI" answer, if they are working in my last time office sure get scold by my accountant kuat kuat.
Haaaya pls la.. this mgt office working :(

im very upset with ur #2 comment in last ur posting regarding management office staffs are talking their language discussing ur problem. wanna know something, some of my insensitive and no sense of logic bosses talk THEIR language during meeting at my factory. this makes me feel like a dumbass sitting there wondering what the hell are they talking. but i dont care, as long as they come up with a solution to the isues brought to the table...im fine with it. i can go on and on, on who talks wat language where, not only at work place but every where around us!!!!so pls don't bring language or other sensitive issues to this blog ok. if ur problem can't be solved by the management staffs, get it to a level higher ie. the MC's and im sure ur problems can be rectified>>

I'm totally agreed with you on the language speaking. This is a country whereby we are multinational. We are free to talk in any language we want.

I believe everyone are doing the same when talking to people we know. We tend to speak on our mother tongue.

"Sai" is what language?

I believe our Vista Condo resident are understanding people and know how to feedback with manners.

What ever languages we are using, use proper words to make this world a better place.
