our sinking fund updates...

wahahahahahaha!!!! we are so happy so happy so happy to inform our beloved residents that we have won the case!!!


on the 19/4/2012 we have the 2nd hearing in Pg high court, and the judgement is the developer should return us those things we have requested pertaining to this case, especially the sinking fund....:) which is amounting to abt RM400k according to the calculation..........


i know now after u guys hear abt this news then next question is when they will return the money, our answer is we also not sure, let's pray & hope that we will get it very soon so that we can plan for the few projects which has long overdue, namely lift upgrade, blk j & k painting & water tank lining replacement.


so at the moment we only can share with u guys this much, and our heart full of thanks to God, let's continue to pray that all will be well in Vista Condo.

OMG, I'm so excited to hear this.

By the way, I have an idea to generate fund for our condo. I think 1 rubbish dumping area is good enough for each floor. We can convert 1 to a store room to rent for RM50/month(subject to review). That would be another money making m/c after the car park. Also can sell for room extension to the unit next to it. What do you think?

BJR, i agree with ur suggestion of the using only one rubbish dumping room but to rent out the other room for other use..i think its not a good idea. imagine wat if certain ppl rent it for some wrongful purpose??n i dont think it is legal to sell or renovate beyond the allocated build up space on a high rise. just a food for thought.

1) thanks for the suggestion of renting out the rubbish room, we will gather more feedback concerning this, it's true that many things we will need to consider as mentioned by Mr J, when the time is right we may want to put a notice to get residents to tell us their opinions.

2) token of appreciation for MC on sinking fund...? hi, really thanks a lot for ur kind thought, we have no reason to turn down the offer if residents willing to give (but then, if without this also fine for us, for we never expect this too), at the moment we are jz focus on how to get back the sinking fund ASAP :)

hi,

right, we jz hope that the money will be transferred to MC soon, so by upgrading the facility here (especially paint the building) we expect the property can increase another 15K to 20K, which means can break 200k barrier!

concerning the GYM, pls do attend the next EGM then decide together with the rest of residents, as any project more than 10K need residents approval.

Our property is already at the boarder line of 200k now. I'm sure it will break the 200k barrier after the painting & swimming pool upgrade!!

hi,

1) right, few units do manage to sell near to RM190k, others r mostly in the range of RM175k to RM185K, depending on the condition of the house.

2) as we r also agree that real condo should be equipped with gym, we still like to present it to the rest of residents to decide on the matter, as project more than RM10k is beyond our authority to approve.

I do agree that real condo should be equipped with gym. However, the basic facilities that currently exist need to be well maintained before we can call it a real condo. Let's back to our basic needs like the lift, water tank, painting, swimming pool which are affecting our living day to day....the gym would be a bonus to us.
Nice environment, caring MC and loving resident.Vista Condo, is truely a better place to live in.

Hi MC Team,
I & my wife really enjoyed the food carnival, i didn't see in my life such as unity, peace & joy among the residents, residents give full support for MC team. I really happy to bought the house here. Before I bought this house, i went to see the house on next door villa condo but there lift is not working, management office staff very rude & the security system is not in proper channel. Let the car & human entering the compound like nobody business.NO CONTROL system like here.
I must thank god to have such wonderful MC team at vista condo.

Thanks for the HARD WORK to get our sinking fund from the developer.
