our wish is get the money back ASAP, so we can start to plan for the blk J&K wall painting, for the common area as well, other areas needed money urgently is water tank lining & lift upgrade, may God almighty help us in the matter.

we hv checked around & understand painting the building is really the most desired thing wanted by residents, let's wait for the fund to be made available for us first then EGM will be called to let residents to decide on the matter.
.....don't forget to sign up for mini carnival, especially if u got kid(s), they will enjoy much, but then the food will be a enjoyment for adults too.

Yes, the paiting is everyone number 1 in the wish list. Secondly is the plastic cover of the swimming pool. With this 2, it will definately boost-up further our condo image. I'm imagine the new Lily White color painted building shinning in the sun........I believe it will happen soon!!

concerning the color...., once we (manage) to get the money from developer, will call vendors to submit their proposal with different color scheme, then paste in the notice board for at least 1 week, after that let our residents to decide on it.
the swimming pool project may be able to complete this year, even without touching the sinking fund, provided no major expenses in other things..

we are settling this problem one by one, as it happen to some other units too, it's due to few reasons, but mainly drain gutter crack or water clogging at the semi-circle structure at next to staircase, pls write to us (email) or contact office so we can arrange plumber to attend to your problem.
