few updates for our beloved residents....
1) yr2014/15 fire insurance - this time due to the huge surge of the property value in Vista Condo, the fire insurance premium need to be increased in order to provide sufficient coverage for our residents' properties & the common properties, so after some discussion with the insurance agent & also consider the current economy & financial challenges faced by residents, we have decided to get the policy which is RM150.40 per unit compare to RM125.00 previously, and a friendly reminder to some residents who still paying bank for the fire insurance, you actually have an option of not doing so, and this will help you to save few hundred :)
2) IWK pipe replacement - after months of arguing, finger pointing & negotiation with our neighbors (Villa Condo), we decided to go ahead with the replacement of the collapsed IWK pipe near the main entrance of Vista Condo. Actually we prefer they will create the new outlet for their human waste (instead of sharing with us as now) but in view of new outlet will cost them more than RM100k, which is almost impossible for them to do now, so as to exercise good neighborhood spirit, we are now replacing the main pipe as our residents can notice that. It's a big project, cost RM14k (both side pay RM7k each), will take abt 10 days to be completed. So we really appreciate our residents to show good patience to bear with the inconveniences.
3) Lift at blk K - now we are chasing the vendor to replace the floor, walls & doors for the upgraded lift which is currently undergoing the test run, the newly upgraded one seems running more smoothly compare to the first one, so in view of this we also urge him to try to make the first upgraded lift to perform as good as the second one. We still for the full completion of the job & also decided to go ahead with the plan of residents gathering which also a night of thanksgiving to the few YB for their help on the lift upgrade project.
4) Swimming pool - not sure what happen to the pool vendor as we are still waiting for the new grating (drain cover), keep chasing since he came back from India 2 weeks ago but he always replied us OK OK..., will wait few more days & if he still can't give us the firm answer when to deliver the new grating then we may need to look at other source :(

The new cleaner(bangla)very good,rajin lagi cepat.after he finish collecting rubbish,he is cleaning the dust at corridor ceiling & staircase wall now(2pm)at my flr,not like previous cleaner,kutip sampah pun pakai satu hari,dia pun tak cuci dustbin room,saja angkat air paip spray the flr,..I can notice tat bangla cleaner kerja tak habis habis.. jauh lebih rajin dari itu 2 office staff esp. itu pakcik tua..thxs.

Kepala otak hang dia tu rajin, dia tu malas,tido dalam bilik dia pa dok simpan barang kat bawa.I selalu tengok dia pa dok mengemok dia duq orng.
Memang betui dia buat keja,tapi kutip sampah shaja bukan nak cuci pun.Dulu dia pa O.K ambil sampah n cuci lagi. I pernak nampak tapi ni bangla emmmm....yang pempuan tu o.k sapu lantai.
Itu hari pun abg india tegur sma bangla tu suruh cuci tandas n bilik sampah, tapi tak cuci bilik sampah,dia cuci tandas shaja, tu pun bukan dia buat,kak indon tu buat.
sekali lagi i tegur dia tak buak keja,aku nak tampar dia sebab kotor bilik sampah i. ada anak lagi takut dpat jangkit kuman.
justnow 8.30am,I saw the bangla cleaner standing inside the drain(near blk k lift)collecting rubbish..last week oso, I saw him sweating under the sun cleaning the rubbish near blk J parking area....I dun think he got problem.......

Really appreciate that the sewage problem is being worked upon.And i don't know the complexity of the repair work but i kinda think it took a bit longer to repair, isn't it. correct me if i'm wrong.
as for the resurfacing work after job complete, i just hope the MC ensures the contractor does not do a JKR job where after 3 months, the road sinks and needs another repair. this is in regards to the very soft soil i notice under the tarmac.

1) IWK pipe replacement project should be completed on Monday, provided the weather is good. Actually the pipe was replaced last Sunday, but as some of the sand & soil been put back into the hole, the contractor intentionally didn't tar the pit hole immediately for sand & soil to sink properly & also to monitor the flow of human waste of the manholes, and bow, actually since Saturday they refill another batch of sand & stones, and will compact it these 2 days & tar the whole thing completely.
2) we are still checking on the performance of the cleaners, so far get mix feedback from our residents, will continue to check on this.

pukul 11.30 bila i keluar dari lift, i dah nampak bangla tu pi dalam bilik dia pa, bubuk tikar dan tilam nak tido tu...tutp lampu 11.40 tutp pintu. i keluar pi ambil anak i balik pukl 1.40 eeemmmmmm tido lagi..pintu masih tutp.

Hi management,
I would like to bring up ur attentions on the corridor belonggings. I saw there are alot of unwanted material(news paper and boxes)were stored behind of the door on block K,floor 8th.
It is very dangerous to the residents.
Please take a serious solution for this matter. Take some action to the unresponsible residents.
