so the upgraded lift is abt to complete the 2nd week operation, thank God, so far so good.
few nights ago, while MC having their regular meeting at the foyer, few residents stopped by, give some suggestion on various matters, we are thankful for their initiative & keenness to see improvement here in this place, and during the conversation, they strongly recommended T&G system for the lift....
well, for this matter, we did check with residents at this blog some time ago, and surprisingly most of the residents who commented, actually not really in favour of installing the T&G system inside the lift, reasons cited included inconvenient, got to pay extra for the card, then if card missing got to pay again, also other reasons like if going out from the house & forget to bring the card the got to climb stair, etc...
and another reason we didn't pursue the idea is those days both blk k lift were in bad shape, we ourselves also have no confident to install the T&G system, worry that it will bring more difficulty to blk k residents.
but lately we heard some residents asking us if T&G will be installed in upgraded lift, in fact some of them do urge us to install as they saw few nearby apartment also got this system in the lifts, of course the selling points are security in Vista Condo will be improved, it will also helps in the service charge collection, perhaps it will help to increase Vista Condo property value as well :)
so, what do u guys think?

I strongly disagre with running T & G system. Running on this system can't help on pushing up the value of vista. In addition, I m worried of the increasing of maintenance fee too. Some more, this also can't help on security issue because the outsider may use the stair to go into the building.It also inconvenience for the residents that have forgetfulness.In my opinion, the repainting of building should put in priority consideration in order to push up the value of vista condo. Hopefully the commitee may more focus on the issue of repainting building.

I think it won't be a fair survey by using the blog as people do not use a true identity. It could be the same person writing in 10 comments.
I suggest to use a suggestion box with their full name and unit numbers on the vote.
By the way, would it be great it we list down a few items and let the resident tick as the survey? Use the letter box to distribute the vote to each unit would be an idea to make this happen.

May I know if the ventilation fan is working on the new lift for block K?
Cause I didn't feel the air ventilating inside the lift. It will be dangerous if people track inside.
By thw way, thanks for the new lift with new lift door and inner wall.
I need to clarify that I m the person on the 1st comment & the second comment is wrote by another person. I don't think the residents here will do such thing. My suggestion is call for a meeting to vote better than the survey, so that we the residents here will see the result with our own eyes.

I would like to tell something here, as i know we leave here as 1 family buy why the banner saying that "vista condo indians" . I know its thier day but they put particular word said, its not correct. By the way one more item i would like highlight too "logo". Are we paying any extra money for kongsi gelap because few logo. We all well educated so i dont think its ness. We are here very peacefull envoirement. I hope you guys understand what i mean. On the first banner they wish for hari raya, its good but no kongsi gelap logo. We are here as 1 family. No hard feeling.

thanks for all the feedback on lift T&G, we are still gathering more feedback through other channel, then should present to residents to consider in AGM or EGM, after both lift upgrade completed.
concerning the banner, just want to say these are not kongsi gelap logo, we also feel it's better not to put any logo but put "Vista Indian Community" will do, well, will feedback to the person in charge.
