YES........!!!! now the foyer area is wifi equipped, also motor parking area of blk j & K which facing the foyer area.
we have tested for few days already, signal is strongest at the round table area at the foyer, blk j parking area (facing foyer) also quite ok because the transmitter is placed somewhere there as power point has been fixed there 2 years ago, blk k bike parking area also reasonably good especially near to the swimming fencing, but too bad the signal can't both lift lobby of J & K.
special thanks to TimeDotCom for their kindness to set up this facilities, we are now also thinking how to get more area to covered...hopefully other company will be kind enough to do for us too.

why...suddenly blocked the card ...without giving any earlier notice.....blocked bcoz not paying Q-RENT......this is ridiculous.....Im a good pay master......if u guys doing all this....for sure..I will stop my monthly fee......simply dont care about u guys.......and i know how handle this issue.....

I understand you frustration because your card been blocked but you are a good pay master. Similar incident happenning to me for the fire insurance due to my late payment. However, the notice was actually put up on the notice board and I don't blame them because that is my mistake though I m a good pay master for monthly fees. I think the management is doing their duty to make sure Vista Condo is in good shape or else it would be out of control. Do you want to see that happen?

Feedback to Management to improve Rubbish Room Cleanliness
I would like to feedback here that, Block K middle floor rubbish room was freequently not clear with unwanted stuff being stored on the tiled shelf, for days to sometimes; even weeks. Those mayb items being collected for recycling purposes. We understand that. However it cause our place to be dirty, smelly, untidy and unsighttly. This is affecting our daily life. It must b stored in a better place than there especially for that long period. We would also hope the rubbish room floor cleanliness can be improved, the floor is now rather dirty with quite big & thick black colored stain on it.
BTW, MC, u guys had done yr job well sofar. Thanks MC

this morning (Wednesday) i hv tried at foyer, still good, don't mind check again the login name "Vista Wifi", but not "Vista Condo" which is for the management office.
after try it if still got problem pls let us know.
