no water supply Saturday morning!!!!

blk k residents wake up & shocked to find out the water supply was cut completely this morning, abt 6.30am.

we were informed of the incident at abt 7am, Deva the committee member went & check at pump room, found out no power at the control panel (which responsible to supply power to the pump), so he went the switch room to reset the MCB, but failed as saw spark too.

so we felt that it has something to do with electrical problem, we immediately rang up our electrician Mr Lee, he came 30 min later (by then a lot of blk k already woke up & complain to guard abt the problem), after he checked, it's confirmed that one of the main component MCCB already spoiled, but as he doesn't have the part with so he need to get it from somewhere, together with other necessary tools as well, so he came back at abt 9.30am & the pump were up again at abt 10am.

we have no complaint as it has been rectify in abt 3 hours, but of course we need to learn from this incident, one resident suggested install an alarm outside pump room to detect problem like this, which we thought it's good, so we will get vendor to install one.

few residents called & yelling, asking why nobody know that the pump had not been working for few days, (it take abt 3 days to finish all the water at the water tank of blk k rooftop if pump didn't send water up there), but when ask them have they recently noticed that the water turned yellowish (it's a sign of water level is low at water tank) almost all of them said yes, so we asked them again have they informed committee or office abt this, they said no....

if we know early abt the problem then we should be able to get the MCCB replace, and what happened this morning most likely can be avoided, so we will like to urge our residents to inform office or email us quickly if found any abnormality, thanks.

Ya i saw him too, went down and check the riser room, very responsible guy, we should thank deva.I don't think so people will work up in the early morning and help us but he did so.
He told me that "MCB spoil", we should thank all the committee member's and vendor's for their hard working.

Mr.cheng another problem, there is 1 white color mpv car was parked near swimming pool area, very hard to make turn and drop my mom.
security also never do anything? what happen?

hi,

abt the MPV, it's a tenant of J11-1, his lot suppose to be lot#189, but strangely the guard & office can't find the lot!!! most likely last time the vendor has accidentally skipped it when drawing the number for car park lot#, worst thing is the house for many years was not been occupied so nobody notice the mistake, until this year when new owner moved in & settled all the old debt of previous owner, after collected the card only that found out the lot is not there.

we let him park at the foyer at the moment, but believe the office staff will get the lot for him soon.

hi,

thanks for the help on the appointment with YB Yagdeep Singh, we will need YB Teh's further help because YB Jagdeep Singh has rejected our request when we meet him on Wednesday, can you check with YB Teh is there other dept we can try, thanks.

we just got the news that our lifts parts for upgrading will arrive on 22/6, after that the vendor will start the upgrading works day & night, they plan to complete the both lifts in 3 weeks time, let's see how it goes.

Now i can notice at foyer area, the will be a satria neo owner have 2 car coming in. security never stop him, what is happening here.

He just simply parked his car near foyer and make move.

clamp his car if he never follow house rules done by us.

Nite guard useless.

It’s our foyer yellow box area?? Why every day there is a different car park there???
like that i may park my car there without any Consequences...
Also it’s a safety issues just incase motor bike hit that car who should be blame….

please take some action on this matter....

hi,

we hv wanted to clamp those cars whose stubbornly park there, but need to make sure we won't violate the law too, so now as we have put the clamping sign & it's also in line with our house rules, we will clamp the car after sufficient warning & notice is given.

so for the MPV, we have talked to the owner few times, today we will clamp the car if he insist to park there.
