like to promote the makan party on 26th March, 8pm to 10pm.
well, indeed it has many benefits,
1) makan together can always bring people closer to each other, our aim for vista condo is to build a community where ppl really care for each other, especially in the times of need, like if u r away for few days, u will wish some1 can look-see ur house once awhile, or if my old car breakdown, then i can count on some1 to give me/family a lift, or during world cup/all england/olympic suddenly ur TV go strike then u no need to go coffee shop but jz pop in ur vista fren's house, of course u got to make sure he/she likes sport too, or if u cook halfway suddenly u notice there's no egg in the fridge...
2) educating ppl on going green, as this is a "in" thing now, well, this is our responsibility to preserve the nature for our next generation, we hope by doing this, we will encourage our neighboring apartments like villa, alor vista, marina tower & others start to consider the same thing, ie having the awareness of preserving the nature.
3) lucky draw items not bad huh, so far YB Yeoh, Star Newspaper, Insurance agent, other vendors promised to contribute for these.
4) this one also quite important, state assemblyman YB Yeoh plan to join us in the party, some reporter will follow too, think abt it, if few days later the newspaper got this article "Vista Condo Residents go green, setting the good example for others", i guess it will boost our image so much, then, i believe the vista property value will go up a bit too...., at the moment we heard some blk J unit sold at 160K, blk K sold at 155K, perhaps after the event can have another 5K more?
still got other benefits, ur kids will have fun playing the games, the prizes they going to win will create some confident in them, mothers will have a break as no need to prepare dinner, & u also can save some petrol & parking fee as u no need to go find a place for weekend dinner...
so pls switch off ur light & join the party, pls do drop by the office to register, or contact any1 in JMB, or u can even register here in the comment...

Great idea to have the gathering and foster the relationship among the residents.Just a thought, are we to bring along own plates , forks & spoons since it is 'EARTH DAY'& 'GO GREEN' functions ?

yes u can go to the office on SAT & register, we also welcome those who can't make up their mind until last minute to walk in, of course we encourage resident to register earlier so can prepare accordingly, especially the food...
we jz finish the meeting 10 min ago, so far have received from various vendors lucky draw items worth more than RM1200 in total, thank God for kind ppl like them...

Thanks ! We are big family , total 6 adults and 2 kids!! Actually we plan to having steamboat at home!! Now i bring them to join our Party !! Is that ok? Is there any idea on Game ? < Music Chair?- kids make a circle , walk arounf the chair,. once music stop, sit on the chair , who is no chair , then out of the game > small present to them lor.. !! so happy for them !! Lets have fun !

all r welcome, the more the merrier, yes we do prepare some kids' games w prizes, musical chair is 1 of them, normally kids enjoy more in the party compare to adults, we also arrange photographer to catch these smiling faces...

for the lucky draw part,can we suggest each family who participate only entitle to win a lucky prize,as from the previous gathering,,lucky draw based on entry basis,if 1 family bring along 4 persons,they will entitle to win 4 lucky prizes,can we give chances to every unit who participate to win a prize,,,thx you wey.!

for the lucky draw, it will be based on "family unit" but not "family member", which means after the family hv won a prize, wil not hv chance to win another 1.
also, this year we will not set the theme color for the dress coz worry some resident may think w/o that color means no-entry, as we found still many residents don't understand english well, later they interprete wrongly then susah..., next year we see how lah.
caterer will supply plate, cup, spoon, fork....wash-able type, we told them no styrofoam & paper product, or else it will defeat the purpose of this gathering.
