repairing the broken ship, make it new again!

like it or not, we r inheriting the broken ship from the previous management, what we r trying to do now is to patch all the holes b4 the ship sunk.

past 2 months, holes been patched are water tanks, piping problem, the broken fencing, car park lot, generator, swimming pool, circuit board at switch room, etc...

we know that we got no time to complain, got no time to blame the previous management, got no time to tell resident how bad the condition, but we are competing with time to fix as many holes as we can.

we try to put thing to proper order, so we start with car park system, we got to make sure all resident will have their own parking lot, so there's no dispute over that area.

we try to convince residents to pay their service charge promptly so that we wil have enough fund to repair this broken ship, in the past they refuse to pay coz of car park & poor service quality, so we try to solve these problems so that they wil feel they $$$ is well spent, as we can see now the paying rate is slowly increase.

we are repairing the broken ship, and if God willing, after all the holes been patched, with extra effort from residents, we will make it in good condition like when it was newly built..., let's work together, to make Vista a better place for living!

It's good to hear that finally we have got the strata title and the JMB is making progress. I used to live in Vista Condo until recently I moved to KL though my unit(K16-8) is still there, so I suppose that makes me a stakeholder.

I have got some concerns though: you mentioned earlier about the parking lot. I believe some of us who brought these units as 2nd or 3rd hand owners have paid an additional sum to have these parking lots be involved in our contract (S&P). What's your opinion on this and have any of the residents voiced this concern?

Secondly, now that we have got the JMB to manage the condo is there any attempts to reduce the maintenance fee or to improve the amenities aside from the parking lots.
