the deal is really really good! If u hv some spared money in hand & plan to save them in bank, then u should take a good look on this offer!
1) 5% discount for those pay 3 months in advance (save RM15)
2) 10% for 6 months in advance (save RM60)
3) RM200 discount for pay 12 months in advance!!!
The rates are much higher than the interest rate any bank can offer now!!! The only condition is u must have no outstanding maintenance fee of previous months.
(I plan to pay 12 months in advance, which will save me RM200, abt 16% discount, compare to the FD abt 3%, wow! what a different!)
Remember, the temporary collection booth is at the foyer, in front of Vista swimming pool, I also attach some photo from the 1st day collection.

By the way, has Awan Setia been officially terminated? Who is the official appointed new Management company?

Awan Setia will serve until the end of April, new managing agent, "Bituin Management services" will take over then.
we r sending the termination notice to them the end of March (although it's not the requirement since resident never enter any agreement with them, but we will still do it). The notice of collection of maintenance fee hv served to them beginning of this month.
We will officially notify residents abt termination & appointment of managing agent at early next month.
