urgent maintenance action needed (fence) !!



how long it takes for the management to fix it?

I would like to humbly suggest that due to the limitation on funds and long process ahead, the committee place priority base on safety and hygiene first (pump room/playground/etc) and aesthetics second (Wall/unowned bikes/etc)

The list of improvements are all good and relevant.

thanks for the feedback, we are fully agree with u over setting the priority for the matters.

we hv lost faith in the management, we don't think that they wil bother to do anything abt that. the next EGM wil be held on Feb 25th, 8.30pm. We wil let residents to decide what to do with the management.

then, we wil start those long overdue project like building painting, pump room patching, upgrading playground...etc. of course we still need to seek consent from the residents.

pls do come for the EGM, thanks.
