I would like to express my gratitude to the old and new team for your contribution.
By the way, may I suggest we go for repainting the building as priority because that will definitely increase our property value. With that, it will encourage more selling transaction and by default will clear lots of bad debt from the maintenance fees. This will surely help to build up our sinking fund in a faster way.
Just trying to think out of box to help increase our sinking fund.

Hi, I would like to draw attention to check on if foreigner family (not factory labour hostel) are allowed to rent unit? I had been checking few times but the instruction is very unclear... rule said is foreigner labour hostel are banned but in the end office admin advice me that this term extend to all foreigner???
