guys, no posting this week as admin just back from a rally at KL, then busy to clear some work backlog as few days missing in action due to joining the rally, won't be able to post any article this week, very sorry & will write to our residents again next weekend.

According to the notice board, I notice there are several of resident had accumulate a big amount of monthly maintainance fees, insurans and.....
Management keep saying that we do not have enough amount for this and that, but is there any action taken to those residents?
I'm writing here is not pointing the finger to management, but we are staying in the same roof, atleast what we paid, they should paid too eventhough the unit is renting out for foreigner.

Can you inform the management staff to be in the office during office hour because mist of the time I notice only 1 staff and some times 2 staff. But we are paying for 2 people as per committee member. Please declare.

thanks for the feedback & opinion...
1) concerning the defaulters, it's quite a tricky matter to tackle, the office did bar the car park access card, and these culprit jz chose to park their vehicle outside rather than pay the service charge. And for some, they rent their units to the tenants who don't need the access card, especially the factory hostels..., another option which will be helpful is the lift T&G system which already approved in the EGM, for this we will wait until water tank project completed then save enough fund to install the device.
2) will inform the both staffs to standby in the office, unless need to go out for banking, or buying things for Vista Condo or making supervisory rounds.
